Camp Goodtimes on the Road, L.A.R.K. and YAT

2013 Summer Camp Forms

All campers must submit one set of RCC Camp Forms consisting of:

  1. Camp Registration Form
  2. Camp Program Guidelines & Requirements
  3. Emergency Contact Form
  4. Medication Authorization
  5. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Information
  6. RCC Camp Car Pool List

IMPORTANT: All camp forms are due June 1, 2013 or one week after registration.

Check-In Information

  • CAMP GOODTIMES ON THE ROAD - Check-in time is at
    9:00 a.m. at the Fireside Lounge, RCC Hunters Woods.
  • YAT- Check-in time is at 9:30 a.m. in the CenterStage Lobby, RCC Hunters Woods.
  • L.A.R.K. - Check-in time is at 10:00 a.m. in the Art Studio, RCC Lake Anne.
