Beautiful Places for Your Special Events

You can have your reception, meeting or party at one of RCC's two attractive facilities. RCC Lake Anne and RCC Hunters Woods provide an ideal location, with a variety of small to large meeting rooms, a Community Room, and even an art gallery!

These spaces can accommodate a variety of needs, from theatre-style seating to banquet-style dining. Please note that rooms are not available for commercial purposes, such as teaching classes, or any activity that involves collection of fees in exchange for goods and/or services. Due to limited facilities and the high demand for space for rentals and internal programming, Reston Community Center regrets that it is extremely difficult for us to accommodate requests for rentals that would occur on an on-going (i.e., weekly) basis.  Please understand when we are unable to accommodate such requests.

Conveniently located on the North and South sides of the Dulles Access Road, both facilities provide Audio/visual and other equipment. Our trained staff will see to all your needs from start to finish.

Multipurpose Meeting Rooms

The Community Center's multipurpose meeting rooms at RCC Hunters Woods are suitable for small parties, seminars, and business meetings. A small room will accommodate approximately 15-25 patrons. Adjacent meeting rooms can be combined to form larger rooms accommodating groups ranging in size from 40-100.

Community Room

The Community Room at Hunters Woods is a beautifully appointed space that has been designed with your large banquet or meeting in mind. It will accommodate up to 250 patrons in theater-style seating. The Community Room's unique lighting, access to an outside patio, and adjacent caterer's kitchen (rented separately) make it the perfect venue for a holiday party or wedding reception.

Jo Ann Rose Gallery

The Jo Ann Rose Gallery is located at the Lake Anne Village Center, the center of historic Reston. With its professional art exhibitions, adjacent warming kitchen (rented separately), and convenient access to the Village Center's central plaza, the Gallery is the perfect location for gatherings of up to 100 patrons.

Booking Rooms at RCC

The Reston Community Center's Booking season runs from September 1st through August 31st of the following year. In mid-March of each year, RCC begins accepting room reservations from residents of Small District 5 and individuals employed within Small District 5 who reside outside of its boundaries. Beginning in April, non-residents may submit booking requests for the upcoming season. All booking requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Rental requests must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance.

Search the facility calendar for room availability. Log on as "Guest" then click on "Search/Inquire," then on "Facilities."

Cancellation/Refund Request Form

For cancellation/refund requests for Meeting Room Rentals, please fill out the RCC Cancellation/Refund Request form and return it to the Reston Community Center.
