How To Register

IMPORTANT MESSAGE:  Reston Community Center registration upgrade and temporary disruption of service

Please note that RCC’s registration system, myRCC (previously known as WebTrac), will be unavailable February 26 – March 3 for a software upgrade. During this time, all web transactions related to registration, household account maintenance, pass purchasing and facility balance payments will be handled manually at RCC Customer Service Desks.
 
In addition, parts of our website that rely on the software will not be available. These include RCC’s activity listings, drop-in activity calendar and facility rental calendar. Box Office ticket sales are unaffected by this upgrade.
 
To the extent patrons are able, we urge you to complete any transactions related to our program registration, pass renewals or facility contracting for the period of February 26 through March 3 prior to Saturday, February 25. If you need assistance with any of these processes during the downtime, please contact RCC Customer Service at 703-476-4500 x8 or email us at RCCContact@fairfaxcounty.gov or visit one of our Customer Service desks for personal help.
 
We apologize for the inconvenience and will notify patrons via e-mail if we complete the upgrade sooner than expected.

Register Online via myRCC

Effective January 2017, RCC’s WebTrac will be known as myRCC. Please log in with your existing login and password.  myRCC will function the same as WebTrac.

  • Go to myRCC 
  • Enter Username and Password
  • Add the class to your cart
  • Choose the family member to register
  • Answer any registration questions
  • Continue shopping OR
  • Choose checkout and finish by paying
  • New users will need to create an account through myRCC to receive a household username and password. User information will be emailed within 48 hours.

Register In-Person or by Mail  

If you cannot register online, follow these steps:

  • Download a Registration Form
  • Fax a completed registration form to 703-476-2488 or bring your completed registration form to one of the RCC locations, or mail it along with a check/money order or credit card information, to:

  • Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation letter via email.
  • If you need to cancel and request a refund, complete the RCC Cancellation/Refund Request form and return it to RCC.
